Upcoming New Book Seminar

Please join us at the next CLASC New Book Seminar.  Graphic novels are in the spotlight and the seminar will include a walking visit to Escape Pod Comics store on Main Street in Huntington.

The seminar kicks off with a group discussion of Ben Hatke's Mighty Jack.  Following the discussion, bring a recent graphic novel to present to the group in a mini-flashtalk with a graphic novel twist: flashtalks will be limited to a few ZAP! POW! observations you write on paper word bubbles at the start of the meeting.

At 11:30 we'll leave the library for a 2-minute walk to Escape Pod Comics, where store owner Menachem Luchins will share his expertise on this exciting genre.
